The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to whip up delightful homemade meals during our stay.

The apartment was quite noisy, especially during the early hours from street cleaning and late-night conversations outside.

parking issues

the check in process was remote, and of course, wrong, because why wouldn't it be? the parking is a nightmare, unless you have an 'act of god' to score a spot. i expected at least a small gesture for all this nonsense, but apparently that’s too much to ask. could’ve been good, but just couldn’t deal with the incompetence.

No elevator makes climbing the stairs a hassle!!! Street noise can bother light sleepers!!! Taxis are hard to find during peak season!!! A better check-in process would remove confusion!!!

The apartment felt incredibly spacious, perfect for our family. The kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, allowed us to prepare breakfast each morning with ease. Large windows filled the space with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was prime, just a short walk from the Duomo and other attractions, making exploring the city simple. However, the check-in process was confusing. Directions to our room were unclear and led us to the wrong one for over an hour. Additionally, no elevator made lugging our bags up the stairs a workout. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with just a few bumps.

The apartment was super spacious for our family! We enjoyed the lovely kitchen, made breakfast each morning and had enough room to spread out, felt like home.
